Portland
Portland, known as “The City of Roses,” features many beautiful parks and gardens to grace your viewfinder. The Portland Rose Festival is held every year which celebrates Portland’s natural beauty. The four major gardens the city has to offer are Portland Gardens, Portland Classic Chinese Garden, Portland Japanese Garden, and The Oregon Garden.
South Park is the cultural core, home to the Portland Art Museum, Northwest Film Center, and Saturday Farmer’s Markets.
New Old Town is infused with Chinatown, the Chinese Garden, and cast iron architecture.
The Pearl District is Portland’s artistic hub, featuring many art galleries, performing arts, and festivals.
Other must sees are the Portlandia Statue, the Skidmore Fountain, Pittock Mansion, the Chinese Gate, The Grotto, and the Oregon Zoo.
