Seattle’s most well known attractions are the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and the Seattle Center, which present many photo opportunities. The Seattle Aquarium, the Ferries, and Bill Spiedel’s Underground Tour are also noteworthy stops that add to the Seattle experience.
Seattle has a very eccentric flair which is captured with discoveries like the Fremont Troll and the “Gum Wall.” Each neighborhood within Seattle has its own unique flavor, which makes it necessary to visit each. Pioneer Square presents an opportunity to capture the 19^th Century Romanesque Revival brick buildings and the cobble-stoned Occidental Park. The International District has Hing Hay Park and a magnificent dragon mural. If public art is your cup of tea, then Fremont is the place to be.
Seattle hosts many festivals which provide an opportunity to see people at their most joyous, including the Folklife Festival, the Seafair Celebration, Bumbershoot, and the annual parade in Ballard to honor Norwegian Constitution Day.
